Dr. Morris views therapy as an opportunity to deepen our understandings of ourselves and gain insights into our life experiences. She believes therapy can be a creative endeavor where therapist and client can collaborate, explore, and build. 

Dr. Morris seeks to understand people in their specific familial, cultural, and societal contexts, creating a therapeutic experience tailored to each individual’s needs. In addition to maintaining warmth and openness in sessions, Dr. Morris adopts a strengths-based approach, meaning she is curious about the tools and skills you have cultivated over the years.

Dr. Morris is trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). She draws on these modalities to inform her treatment of:
