Dr. Morris views therapy as an opportunity to deepen our understandings of ourselves and gain insights into our life experiences. She believes therapy can be a creative endeavor where therapist and client can collaborate, explore, and build.
Dr. Morris seeks to understand people in their specific familial, cultural, and societal contexts, creating a therapeutic experience tailored to each individual’s needs. In addition to maintaining warmth and openness in sessions, Dr. Morris adopts a strengths-based approach, meaning she is curious about the tools and skills you have cultivated over the years.
